The Service
Not a tick-box subscription
Too many businesses pay for generic, off-the-shelf health and safety packs that nobody reads. Our retained service is different. We take time to understand how your business really works, then build a system around it.
You get a named adviser who knows your people, your sites and your risks, and who is there when you need a quick answer, a new risk assessment, help with an incident or a second opinion on a contractor.
Our support grows with you. We start proportionate and mature your system as your business develops.

FAQs
Retained support questions
Who is retained support for?
Small and growing businesses that need competent health and safety advice but don’t need, or can’t yet justify, a full-time in-house safety manager.
Will we get generic template documents?
No. Everything is written for your business and reflects how you actually work, so it’s useful to your team rather than just sitting on a shelf.
Do you support wellbeing as well as physical safety?
Yes. We treat mental health and wellbeing as seriously as any other hazard, because a psychological hazard can quickly become a physical one.
